Cheryl shares -- update 2025: Pre-Pandemic, while coaching clients in my downtown Minneapolis studio, I received lots of feedback that practicing my embodied exercises of alignment, breath, voicing, and intentional energy connection yielded additional benefits like relaxation, calm focus, positive mood, and a sense of well-being. One savvy client said with a twinkle, “This is really stealth spirit work, isn’t it?” Yes! It always had been, but I’d kept my language mainstream to be able to serve more people. During COVID, I followed my intuition, studying and exploring active Sound Healing, community singing, and spiritual practices. I still offer traditional elocution coaching, but now I’m an elder, outing myself as the whole me, spirit-self included. I freely share the gifts and lessons of a lifetime in the performing arts while also incorporating an abundance of wondrous new learning experience.
